At last I am done selecting courses for the next academic year, which will be my last year on campus. As you can see, focus goes to security and cryptography.
I'm not so sure whether Security+ certification materials that I'm working on help me understand materials from those security courses though.

The ideal location to stay during the getaway in Muskoka
For those of you who are planning to take a getaway around Lake Muskoka, I strongly recommend a pretty fancy place to stay; Marriott Residence Inn in Gravenhurst. That place opened very recently and is located right in Muskoka Wharf, where you can get on board historic steamships and also has some nice restaurants nearby.

Course enrolment
I am almost done enrolling courses for the next academic year. I am finally graduating in the next year and I am very, very happy about it.
I am still wandering between two courses for the fall term; taking either a 4th year cs course, or a 3rd year economics course. As long as it will be most likely that I will be very busy looking for a job this fall it could be good to reduce school work and I will choose one based on that fact.
I will post my timetable as soon as the course enrollment is finalized.

The Road Not Taken
Well, I don't know whether it may be too early to say this, but looking back over my life so far I sometimes get caught by surprise by myself that I used to take a road that others usually don't take. And that's why I love to remember one of Robert Frost's poems, The Road Not Taken.
As I am getting older I begin to realize that more frequently I am asked to make an important decision that may make a difference in life. It's just like taking one of several roads and each of them may take me somewhere that I never, ever know.
I believe everything in my life is purpose-driven; I simply ask God for help when encountered choosing one of the ways to take and God leads me to somewhere that He is glorified in me.
It will be unlikely that I will do like what others do in the future. Rather I hope trying something different that average Joe would be eagerly wanting to do.
The Road Not Taken
- Robert Frost
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

A Journey of Learning
A journey of learning has been smooth sailing; well, I've found that the Linguistics course is manageable and discovered a new thing for self-study finally. 'Til the end of August I will probably be busier than any other time before.

Linguistics 1000
Getting ready for back-to-school may not be easy; I decided to take an introductory Linguistics course this summer. I believe doing it may mitigate workload after internship ends.
Back to Toronto
I'm now back in Toronto from Busan, Korea. It was just a week of vacation for my brother's wedding, but I had lots of fun there. I met my old friends and the wedding was awesome. Now I am back to routine and I hope I overcome jet lag as soon as I can.
